The system has been designed and supplied
by the leading German cleaning equipment company, who since
1982, supply to tank cleaning stations all over the world. With
this system we can provide both automatic and semi-automatic
wash cycles designed to clean a wide range of chemicals. The
high pressure water driven spinner head, up 130 Bar, can be
installed through the man hole and with a variety of bio-degradable
cleaning aids be added during either hot or cold water wash
cycles, optimum interior cleaning is consistently achieved.
The system is designed to operate under automatic or semi-automatic
wash profiles to ensure cost effective cleaning of a wide range
of products.

The cleaning bay has been designed by an engineer
with 15 years experience in depot operation, it is friendly
to both user and operator. Six cleaning bays for standard tank
containers and one tank truck bay have been included under the
one roof of 600 sqm, with an additional 3 standard tank containers
bays available at any one time. Empty storage area of 3600 sqm
with 4 tiers high can be handle up to 200 tanks. |

All movement history of your tank container
will be recorded by computer until released to your approved
receiver. Specially designed software has been provided to control
and update all steps of the operation, including inventory status,
repair estimates and invoicing. |

Each tank container is valuable and at LCS
cleaning depot we will provide the right equipment to handle
your tank container. A side loading lift truck will be used
to handle your tank container to/from the prime move and storage
limited to four tiers high to ensure a safe working environment
is maintained. |
