The Laem Chabang Cleaning Services is a purpose built facility designed to satisfy the ever increasing demands of today’s bulk liquid transportation industry. The timely, cost effective and safe handling of your equipment is the Company’s main objective.

Evidence of our aim to provide a superior level of service is demonstrated by our Company’s commitment to invest in modern cleaning and waste treatment technology. A custom built Tank Interior Cleaning System supplied by the leader in German cleaning equipment technology has been installed at the facility to ensure a wide range of products can be processed in an effective and safe manner.

By the introduction of a high pressure water driven spinner head through the man hole opening the need for personnel to enter the confined space of a tank container or tank truck compartment is negated offering a safe working environment. A variety of bio-degradable cleaning aids can be added during either hot or cold water wash cycles to ensure optimum interior cleaning is consistently achieved. A range of automatic and semi-automatic wash cycles have also been included to enable efficient and cost effective cleaning at all times.

The used wash water receives primary separation and neutralization on site and is then passed to the waste water treatment plant for full processing to a level exceeding the current Environmental Authorities standards.

Facility A total of 4,200 m2, a storage area of 3,600 m2. Cleaning bay area totalling 600 m2, all covered.
Security Fully fenced in, with external lights and guards.
Insurance liability coverage US$75,000 public liability, US$275,000 for loss/damage to depot plant and equipment, and to client’s equipment.
Lifting, handling & repair equipment 1x18 ton lift truck, welding/cutting machine.
Testing equipment A pressure/vacuum relief valve testing rig, plus an air compressor with air dryer/filter for leak test.
Spare parts All spare parts available.
Painting/blasting The depot does not have a paint booth. Application is by brush. Customer stocks of spare paint are not maintained.
Cleaning facilities/equipment 6 cleaning bay with high pressure spinners.
Environmental systems The depot has a waste water neutralization system.
Personnel 6 employees, including 2 management, 1 inspector, 2 repairers, 2 cleaners.
Operating systems Inbound/off hire inspections performed to customer’s criteria.
Customers advised daily of inventory and tank status.
Estimates, etc. kept 1 year.
Computer system The depot uses an in-house, purpose-designed depot system.
The company does not communicate with its customers using EDI, but is prepared to do so. The ISO CEDEX code is not used.
Quality control The depot uses an in-house.
Safety instructions/equipment Procedures and equipment are in place for safety and first aid. Safety equipment includes emergency shower, eye wash, first aid box,
goggles, overalls, boots, gloves and breathing apparatus. Safety warnings posted in work areas.
